Es cuesti\u00f3n de base.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aqu\u00ed te explicamos los errores m\u00e1s comunes \u2014y c\u00f3mo solucionarlos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><b>Error 1: La base no est\u00e1 a la altura<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">La base de una buena paella no es solo el arroz ni el marisco. Es el fondo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si usas agua o una base d\u00e9bil, el resultado ser\u00e1 un arroz correcto\u2026 pero plano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>La soluci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En Paellalia trabajamos con fondos totalmente naturales y concentrados, pensados para dar estructura y car\u00e1cter al plato desde la base.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Disponemos de:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u2022 Fondo de pescado,<\/b> ideal para arroces marineros y arroz negro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u2022 Fondo de monta\u00f1a, <\/b>nuestro fondo de carne, perfecto para conejo, costillas o pollo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u2022 Fondo de verduras,<\/b> 100% natural y vegano, limpio y equilibrado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La proporci\u00f3n es clara: 1 parte de fondo por 3 de agua, siempre incorpor\u00e1ndolo caliente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ah\u00ed empieza todo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Error 2: El sofrito no tiene fuerza<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Un sofrito flojo significa una base de sabor d\u00e9bil. Si no trabajas bien la \u00f1ora, el ajo y el tomate, el arroz quedar\u00e1 sin profundidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>La soluci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Incorpora salmorreta Paellalia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nuestras salmorretas son artesanas y concentradas, elaboradas con \u00f1ora, ajo, tomate y aceite de oliva. Est\u00e1n listas para usar y equilibradas para integrarse perfectamente en el arroz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La medida correcta es sencilla:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1 cucharadita de caf\u00e9 por cada 2 personas (2 raciones de arroz).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No necesitas m\u00e1s. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para aportar intensidad sin sobrecargar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Error 3: Est\u00e1s usando el arroz equivocado<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">El arroz largo o vaporizado no sirve para paella. No absorbe bien el sabor y arruina la textura.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cada grano tiene su funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La soluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Elige un arroz preparado para absorber y mantener estructura:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b> \u2022 Arroz Bomba Ahumado con Sarmiento<\/b>, firme y perfecto para arroces secos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b> \u2022 Arroz Albufera Ahumado con Sarmiento, <\/b>con mayor capacidad de absorci\u00f3n y un punto ligeramente m\u00e1s meloso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ambos con D.O., categor\u00eda extra y pensados para trabajar con fondos intensos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Error 4: Remueves o no dejas reposar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mover el arroz una vez a\u00f1adido el l\u00edquido libera almid\u00f3n y altera la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Y servirlo justo al apagar el fuego tampoco ayuda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>La soluci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No remuevas una vez incorporado el fondo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Deja reposar entre 5 y 10 minutos antes de servir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El arroz se asienta y el sabor se equilibra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Error 5: Mala proporci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aqu\u00ed se decide el punto final.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si hay exceso, el arroz se pasa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si falta, queda duro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>La soluci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Con el m\u00e9todo Paellalia la base es sencilla y segura:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>1 parte de fondo por 3 de agua.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A partir de ah\u00ed puedes ajustar ligeramente seg\u00fan textura, pero esa es la estructura estable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Y recuerda: siempre incorpora el l\u00edquido caliente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Peque\u00f1os cambios, grandes resultados<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una paella ins\u00edpida no es culpa tuya.
