Su grano corto y redondeado tiene la capacidad de absorber mucho li\u0301quido sin pasarse de coccio\u0301n, lo que lo hace perfecto para platos secos como la paella valenciana. Tras la coccio\u0301n, se mantiene suelto y con una textura firme muy apreciada. Se cultiva principalmente en Calasparra (Murcia) y en el Parque Natural de la Albufera (Valencia).<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.2em;\">2.
