Sofrito con fundamentoEn una paellera, an\u0303ade un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y sofri\u0301e el ajo picado junto al pollo y las costillas. Cuando este\u0301n bien dorados, incorpora los calamares, las judi\u0301as verdes y el pimiento rojo. Cocina todo junto unos minutos.2.
